By using our website and shopping at Trade Show Booths for Sale, you are giving your implied consent to our terms and conditions. As such, we ask that you take the time to familiarize yourself with them and to contact us if any point needs further clarification.

As the buyer, you are responsible to pay the purchase price, sales tax if applicable, shipping charges and any miscellaneous fees associated with the item that you purchased from Trade Show Booths for Sale. All fees are fully disclosed at the time of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. Although we make every attempt to keep our terms of sale updated, please be advised that they may periodically change with or without previous notice to you.

Before ownership of an item can be transferred from Trade Show Booth for Sale to you, all terms of the sale must be met to the satisfaction of the seller. If your purchase from us includes software that is protected by copyright, you must educate yourself about the restrictions of that particular copyright. This includes the right of resale, sharing and proper use of the software.

There are certain instances in which the sale of our merchandise will be considered null and void, including failure to remit the entire purchase price prior to taking possession of the item. Other instances which will nullify the sale include acts of natural disaster, such as tornadoes and hurricanes, or acts of war or terrorism. We are unable to abide to previously held agreements in circumstances such as these which are beyond our immediate control.

When you are in the process of checking out with your shopping cart, you are advised to purchase optional shipping insurance to protect your merchandise from being lost or damaged by the carrier you choose to deliver it. Trade Show Booth for Sale cannot be held liable for instances of non-delivery or damage once your order has left our warehouse.

As a convenience to our customers, we obtain a tracking number from your carrier of choice and provide that information to you under your personal account information tab. A tracking number gives you the ability to determine where your package is currently located as it is in transit to you and gives you an approximate date of delivery. Please note that we cannot answer any questions related to shipping once we have sent your order and we request that you make use of the tracking number that was provided.

After you have received your delivery, you must make a full visual inspection within 24 hours and report any damage to us within 72 hours. Claims made beyond this time frame will be considered invalid. We do not provide any guarantee, either written or implied, as to the functioning of the machine you purchased unless otherwise indicated at the time of the sale. If you are interested in obtaining a warranty, we suggest you contact the manufacturer.
