Trade shows are a great way to market the latest line of new products that a company has developed over the year. But in order to do that, you have to wow the crowd. Your trade show booth has to draw attention among a host of trade show booths.
Not only must it be eye-catching but also it has to be professional and portable. Many marketers are finding that the best way they can make the circuit successful is by the use of a trade show pop up.
A trade show pop up is an excellent frame for the product you want to show off. Pop ups come in many sizes and price ranges to fit the budget of a one-man company or a Fortune 500 corporation.
Around $300 can buy a small retractable banner stand with a professionally-made advertising graphic for your product. These stands are small at only a yard high, but sitting in trade show booths, they make a bold statement about the product they are advertising.
Customers will be drawn to a trade show pop up that covers a large wall space. One that includes special lighting and stand-out wings or curtains on either side gives the area an appearance of a stage. It is perfect to display larger items.
Even small items are well-displayed here if the host of the trade show booth is a dynamic speaker with a "show" he wants to put on to demonstrate his product. Kitchen items that produce food for the audience, or small toys that the host can play with while he talks about them are examples of small items that do well in large pop-up stage settings.
As marketers travel the circuit, they often add accessories to their trade show booths to help them attract attention. A typical trade show pop-up allows for the accessories that will be added later. Some advertise that while the pop up frame is light weight, it is also durable and strong enough to hold up to 500 pounds of extra weight.
Halogen lights that mount at the top of the pop up booth and give it a billboard display effect are popular accessories. Monitors can be inserted in special frames in the pop up display so that professional actors can demonstrate the product on tape. Extra graphics printed on fabric or cardboard can hang on the pop up, turning the trade show booth into a very competitive display.
The top of the line for trade show booths of course is the pop-up tent. These are canopies that work well indoors or out to allow the host to claim space and give his area the feel of being a special room. These tents can cost over $4,000 but they are a dramatic way to impress people as they "come in" to see what you have to show off. The best thing about them is that they provide a wonderful cover for all of your other trade show pop up displays.
